These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artvia Wallpapers website and the digital products sold on it (the "Products"). By purchasing or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Artvia Wallpapers sells digital wallpaper packs for personal use on your own devices (phones, tablets, computers, monitors). Products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed; no physical item is shipped.

2. License

When you purchase a pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included images as wallpapers on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the files with third parties;
• Upload the files to other marketplaces, stock-image sites, or file-sharing services;
• Use the images for commercial merchandise, branding, or advertising;
• Remove or alter any watermark from preview images.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests are evaluated case by case — contact us at contato@artvia.com if something went wrong with your order.

4. Access to your files

After purchase, delivery instructions are sent to the email used at checkout. Keep that email safe; download links may be personal and time-limited.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, branding, and site content remain the property of Artvia Wallpapers. Purchasing a pack does not transfer copyright — only the usage license described in Section 2.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
